Our original MC100 received a Best Buy rating from a leading consumer publication. Our MC105 takes over this position with a new 3/4" aluminum dome tweeter with a dual magnet Neodymium structure combined with a 3 -1/2" midrange driver which plays down to100 Hz. To make the best use of the new tweeter, the MC105 crossovers have also been redesigned. The MC105’s new crossover topology results in a phase-accurate crossover with a reduced component count. The reduction in components means the MC105 articulates subtle nuances better than its predecessor. Match our MC105s with a Newton Series subwoofer and they will cover the entire audio spectrum richly and accurately. 

Our MC105’s beautiful design will become music to your ears. The MC105’s drivers are enclosed in a beautiful Newton Series matte-finished ABS cabinet in a Midnight Black satin paint finish within a heavily-braced composite enclosure with sensuous curves. Our engineers designed these "curves" to make these speakers look beautiful, and also to also make them sound better. Asymmetrically curved satellite cabinets all but eliminate distortion-causing reflections known as "standing waves

MC105s are shielded. They feature gold-plated speaker posts which accept wire as large as AWG #12, keyhole slots and threaded inserts for wall-mounting
